Please join us for an informative talk on rain gardens by Aaron Clark, manager of the 12,000 Rain Gardens program.

Topics will include effective and not‐so‐effective strategies for marketing rain gardens and related forms of green infrastructure in the residential marketplace. Step-by-step, rain garden-by-rain garden, we can solve these problems and even go beyond, addressing the problem of polluted runoff to improve the ecology of the region. Aaron can also help us decide what plants are appropriate in our stormwater project, including maintenance tips.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Copper River Room is located on the 3rd floor of the rear building. Enter at the front building and look for signs, or ask at the front desk for directions to the elevator. (The elevator at the front door will not get you there.)

Please see below for more information about our speaker.
